Question: Is your wife still a vegetarian?
Andrew Carmellini: Not anymore. See, that’s— when we got married in 1999, she was a vegetarian up until the time that I, until just before we got married she was a vegetarian. And I was cooking a lot of vegetarian food for her. She was on the West Coast at that time and it was, I had to start cooking vegetarian for her or else it wasn’t going to work out, and I wanted it to work out so I had to start cooking up a couple of things. But I can eat, you know, I can eat vegetarian once or twice a week. It doesn’t bother me. It doesn’t have to be a pork fest every night or, you know, you can make some really tasty vegetarian food.
