Do You Think Music is Infinite?

Are there an infinite number of different songs that could be made? Are there an infinite number of different sounds you can make? different rhythms? Logically, there should be an infinite number of different rhythms (as long as you believe time isn't quantized), but can we perceieve a difference between very similar rhythms?
