Where to Watch the Friday the 13th Geminid Meteor Shower

Thick clouds, rain, a bright Gibbous Moon and chilly temperatures will make for difficult stargazing. Fortunately the Slooh space camera's broadcast team will be providing all night coverage that includes expert commentary from Bob Berman.

There are a number of factors that are likely to impede your view of the 2013 Geminid meteor shower. Thick clouds, rain and a bright Gibbous Moon will make for difficult stargazing. A forecast of low temperatures will make things further unpleasant.

Fortunately the Slooh space camera’s broadcast team will be providing all night coverage that includes expert commentary from Bob Berman.

Peak times to watch will be Friday night.
