Are you in business strictly to make money?

I operate a small buiness and there is much more to my business than making money.  I need to make a living but I also get satisfaction from making my customers happy and working with my employees.  At the end of the day I don't measure a successful day by how much money I made but by how satisfied everyone is - customers, employees and me and my family.  A business needs to make money just like we all do - to survive.

 How do other business people feel about this?
