Where are the gay business leaders in America?

Corporations and advertisers have gotten savvier in reaching their gay audiences and their wallets, but can one be openly gay inside corporate America, or do conservative values still prevail? 

How do gay executives navigate their ways through their careers, and eventually find a way to thrive on their own terms?

And more broadly I'm wondering, is business agile enough to keep up with rapidly shifting norms in the cultural sphere and political dialogue?
