Dr. Pinker raises an interesting query as how to ameliorate the secular divisions in the world today. Consider a "peace corps" whereby all graduating high school students are required to spend at least a year in service in a foreign country...in an exchange program with youth from that country. Students would need to choose their country of choice in their Freshman year so a language might be learned during the high school years.

I do wish Dr. Pinker had provided some of his interesting insight into the question rather than giving a summary of the "Blank Slate".
