What creates the idea of god?

Depending on the knowledge accumulated in a new human being's existence and how they choose to respond to experiences, before them, they may or may not create the concept of an omnipotent entity.

The more 'they' (we) may come to realize "what they (we) are incapable of knowing nor completely understanding" their (our) inherent humbleness may leave room for the idea of 'god.'
