Aging Gracefully

In order to age well I think you need to live well. Enjoy the time that you are given and dont waste any of it. I think being able to look back on accomplishments, achievements, a family that loves you, etc will in the end let you age more gracefully.

I do not know if I would want to live to be 200 and have to work a job that I hate, or not do things that i enjoy. That sounds like disgraceful aging to me. What would be the point?

 Wasting time means wasting away.
