Globalization of the Law

As cultures, financial markets and information go global, will law follow? If Rome deems it illegal to have capital punishment, should the courts in the U.S., Saudi Arabia or China listen? If businessmen in New York are determining how many hours people work in Venezuela, should there be an international legal body regulating their decisions? We talked to a few people about how globalization is starting to change the law and what this might mean for the future. What do you think?
