And I disagree with the way that she sort of limited Spain to only (and it is a big only, admittedly) Adria. <br /><br />She's right about South America. Japan is a bit of a no-brainer. I think that it'll be interesting to see how a potentially liberalizing China is embraced for its food culture. Though there is plenty of food from some parts of China in the US, plenty is still up for exploration.
