I don't really think it is a matter of a Supreme Court response. The Supreme court doesn't create international agreements, so they will not be responding to any need.

Rather, international agreements will continue to be made via agreements like treaties and international organization like the United Nations. The Supreme Court like just made sure no United States agreements or treaties violate the Constitution.
