Do we study their history and culture or do we boldly advance our culture, sure of its place in their future? We are such a young nation that pays so little attention to our own history that I wonder if we place any value on history whatsoever. I am not from La-La land; I understand risk-analysis but we have the responsibility to act with analysis before we act with risk.
