They really do see people as a cancerous growth on the earth. Personally I'm glad they don't reproduce, and hopefully their "crazy" ideas die with them. They are the reason I began to look at the environmental movement with guarded skepticism. If you look back Polars Bears were predicted to be extinct by now already. Instead their numbers quintupled. We have artificially inflated the survivability of the human species via advanced medical and technological means. The Earth can not keep pace with our consumption needs, but in organic fashion, will find a cure for itself, or die from an inoperable tumor.
