It looks like I asked exactly the same question, not being aware of your earlier posting.

Australia has exactly the same issue, with exactly the same official blindness.

Its good to see someone on the inside advancing the consciousness raising.

support of drug regulation is supporting the dramatic reduction of crime and violence, disease and death. It takes the commodity away fm the criminals, fm international terrorists and fm the drug cartels. It doesn't endorse drug use...imagine alcohol or tobacco prohibition. What would happen?
