My views are like this because of it all. I'm talking about the beast. Not just the goverment, but all that is killing this country. I'm talking about the media we have teaching todays youth, young boys and girls watching MTV thinking it is suppose to be like the real world. The cigarette companies we have legaly killing people daily. The fast food restaraunts serving meat with as many chemicals are the cigarettes. The pharmaceutical companies getting people hooked on useless pills by the thousand. Can't forget the music industry, when I was a younger I grew up listening to Eminem talk about smacking his mother and Kid Rock bangin prostitutes out in vegas. This was all pre-2000 as well, I've heard what the kids listen to today, middle schoolers, it makes the stuff I used to listen to sound like hymes. This country is so hell bent on being trendy and young that it scares the shit out of me. 30 is not the new 20, its still 30. I do not think I'm to blame for all this, I am just calling it like I see it.

so like I said before, we should be in the streets rioting about this shit Bigthink Fri, 07 Mar 2008 21:21:16 +0100 http://www.bigthink.com/the-world/the-united-states/4381/#10875 Comment on: Are you still proud of your country? http://www.bigthink.com/the-world/the-united-states/4381 In 215 words you've summed up the sickness that is plaguing America. There are so many things wrong with your statement that I don't even know where to begin. But let me just say that the foundation to your premise is, well, the root of the problem. The government isn't what makes (or does not make) a country great, it is its citizens who do. You embody a fringe thinking that is so out of touch with reality, that you actually believe that the government force fed you the O.J. Simpson trial. You invite a dialogue with dishonesty, misplaced anger and completely irrational thinking. Look within my good man. Look within.
