Good luck to them ;-)<br /><br />If you want to create better swimmers take up daily exercise, eat fresh fruit and veggies, read books, meditate, etc... After 3-months your swimmer count and quality will double, triple, maybe more...<br /><br />But what can you expect to create when you do negative things and hurt your body?
