Vote NO on McCarthyism and Fascism! After 9/11 there was a sentiment of "never again" and that came at the expense of our freedom. The first point I'd like to make is that rights are unalienable -0 that is to say they are required by human nature and are applied to every human being, whether they are citizens, criminals, or terrorists. The second point is that we should value freedom more than our safety. If 100.000 died in a war for freedom, why can't 200 be blown up in a plane? I think it's worth the risk, and we should ban the TSA. Bigthink Tue, 17 Jun 2008 19:19:36 +0100 http://www.bigthink.com/truth-justice/8923/#21045
