just watching how you speak about what happened to your daughter and how you were able to help her makes me really happy she was able to get help. There are so many people in the world that don't have people to help them get through things. When i was younger i was sexually molested by my babysitters son and have been dealing with it alone for my whole life. Not knowing what to do or what the next step is that i need or should take. Sometimes i think that their is no hope out there and it does make me feel better knowing that people do eventually get through it and it sparks a little hope for me.

Unfortunately the link between intangibles such as well being and measurables such as productivity, are difficult to document. Innovations like this are a bit like venture capital. You put the money out there and hope something good will happen. And its best not to let accountants get involved in the decision making.
