This is like asking what makes the perfect person. There is no answer to that question, parenting style can onlly be assesed depending on what kind of children we want to raise. If you want to raise open minded critical children one methid may be best, if you want to raise motivated and succesfull maby you should focus on another area.

And anyhow our personality is about 70% nature so parents can onlly really give their kids a push in a certain direction, because most of it falls to genes.
