We don't like seeing those types of comments up on the site. The challenge for all of us on bigthink is to keep from resorting to cheap and easy attacks on each other. Language like this discourages the thoughtful and nuanced conversation that we are trying to promote. If you think that Larry Summers is the world's worst economist, we want to see a strong, supported arguement, not just a snark attack. There's plenty of other places on the internet for that, just not here. I'm very curious to see how this site unfolds as it grows. The key is to keep it a respectful exchange of ideas and not become personal. It is very powerful for me to hear what people are thinking about and what is on their minds also reveals what is in their hearts, as well. To strengthen our collective capacity to skillfully address the worlds problems we need all the voices at the table. This site will exclude people who do not have access to the tech tools.
