I was checking out the feature - "Writer's Bloc: The WGA on Strike" and I found the layout and navigation super confusing.

Let me go step-by-step to explain.

Start at http://www.bigthink.com/features/182

First, there are two videos, one titled, "Writer's Bloc: The WGA on Strike" and one titled "Writer's Bloc: Episode One." The active video is the former of the two.

The video "Writer's Bloc: The WGA on Strike" has 3 responses. These responses are in the bottom right. However, this page does not allow you to rate the video or say if you agree. I clicked on "Writer's Bloc: Episode One" thinking it was the same thing so I could rate and state my agreement. I later figured out that it was a different video (at http://www.bigthink.com/media-the-press/3578) from the video on the previous page. Therefore, what I responded to in rating/agreeing was a different video with a different message. Complication #1 = No way to rate/agree with feature video. And the difference between feature video and episode video might not be clear.

Now, back to the feature page at http://www.bigthink.com/features/182. If I click on "view all" in the responses box, it takes me to http://www.bigthink.com/features/182/responses/all/by-popular/1. On this page I can see all the responses to the feature. However, there appear to be a number of problems with this page:

1) Directly below the synopsis of the feature, it shows a bubble idea icon and a RE icon. I am assuming that the bubble idea icon says the number of comments. The number 20 is next to the bubble icon. However, there are no comments, or 20 of anything on this page. The bubble icon is not clickable. Complication #2 - How do I see the comments, or whatever it is that the bubble icon represents?

2) The user "afraidofamericans" posted a response, it is called "RE: Writers" and is shown below in the responses section. After his response there is a RE icon. The RE icon has the number 1. I assume that this means 1 person responded to his response. The RE icon is not clickable. Complication #3 - How do I view the response to the response?

3) Complication #4 - How do I get back to the previous page (http://www.bigthink.com/features/182) without clicking back? The word "feature" is not clickable. The "Writer's Bloc: The WGA on Strike" title is not clickable, and I don't see any place for navigating back or navigating to the top of that feature or series.

Please let me know if you have any questions or clarifications.

The points made by elevatorsout (#'s 1-3 at the bottom) need to be addressed. Navigating this site is definitely awkward at the moment.. otherwise great site, thanks.
