Who is the greatest president of all time?

Who do you think the greatest president of all time was?  I believe it was the first George Washington.  Not because he led our country to great victory or whatever but because once he led us there , became president, and had a whole nation at his finger tips he gave it away.  That is a true american.  What do you think?
