Dr. Ostrer is Professor of Pediatrics, Pathology, and Medicine and Director of the Human Genetics Program at New York University School of Medicine.  He studies the genetics of Jewish and Latino populations, as well as the genetic basis of prostate cancer and other cancers and the genetic control of male sexual development.
