We know they can be cheesy, but sometimes there are those rare quotes that can motivate people everyday. Others can keep us grounded or shift perspectives. What's yours?

Re: What is your favorite quote?

There are too many quotes to choose from, but I chose these for my high school yearbook quotes.

"Nothing worth having comes easy." I got it from the tv show Scrubs, but it very well could have originated from somewhere else.

"Laugh often. It is good medicine." -Lord Byron

Re: What is your favorite quote?

My favourite quote is a little different in that it has not yet been delivered [ unless it was by someone else and I didn't know about it ]. In my will. there is a message for my loved-ones to be read at the appropriate time...

"I AM THE MEMORY, NOT THE ASHES" - Cosmos, date unknown.

I have a couple:

"Open your eyes, Clevinger. It doesn't make a damned bit of difference who wins the war to someone who's dead."~Yossarian, Catch 22

"It doesn't make sense. It isn't even good grammar. What the hell does it mean to disappear somebody?" ~Yossarian, Catch 22

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler."~Albert Einstien

"Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius — and a lot of courage — to move in the opposite direction.'~Albert Einstien
