Is is possible to die with dignity in America today?

What does dying with dignity entail? What does it mean personally to you? Do you have a living will? Where are you from, and where are you currently residing? I am currently conducting a survey to finish up my study on Death and Dying. I am trying to find different responses to what people feel is a good death.
