Purchased sperm and eggs and the moral obligations

Skipping the initial question of whether or not this is a smart thing to do anyway---

If a woman has a child from purchased some sperm and/or eggs, does she have a moral obligation to tell the child of his or her true origins?

Should a child also know if a surrogate was used?
