Nina Hachigan:  We were trying to answer the question for ourselves: What are our lives and our children’s lives going to be like in a world with more- stronger, more assertive powers on the scene? China, India, Russia and then the European Union and Japan, obviously, still strong powers. So what does their rise and their increasing influence mean for our future lives?
