First of all,nothing can be permanent and long lasting ,which two terms contradict each other. Secondly ,the latter part of the statement namely that what is in nature or made by nature tends to be permanent while what is made by humans through a planned effort is of short duration is a matter of personal belief of the maker of the statement.
