Yes and all other illegal drugs. Right now the distribution of drugs is in the hands of criminals. They decide what when where for what price and to whom. Despite what people think, we will not have a nation of potheads if we legalize. Just like we don't have a nation of acoholics since repealing prohibition. We don't have a drug problem, we have a crime problem related to drug turf battles. We have jails bursting at the seams with mostly drug related crimes.
