FOCUSSED WORK STEPS ASIDE MOTIVATION

We keep on indulging in more motivation and inspirations from others to get the work done effectively.. but there is something different which each one of us have to realise???? We have to be selecting our work with much focus which i mean work much split up and time well bound for the work... this will automatically boost our motivational level and hence we advance forward...
