Re: Are two parties enough?

Uploaded on 01/16/2008
Consider scenario of two parties deeply divided. Now add a viable third now lets say all three are deeply divided. One of these parties wins with 34% of the vote. 66% of the country doesn't have a president they find themselves happy with. Add a fourth and your looking at 74%. At least with a two party system a true majority of the population is in agreement. Which sadly, is the best we can do.
