Absolutely positively!  Its hard to find any area where technology is NOT in cooking.  When is the last time somone cooked a turkey without one of those little pop up things in there?  Rice cookers make that job easy as pie and keeps it good for a long time.  Blenders and Food processors are a cooks best friend in the kitchen.

The idea that technology has turned us all into a hot-pocket-eating culture just isn't true.  Technology can be used to our advantage in the kitchen.
