Time Travel Maybe

I'm curious to see what people think but if something were to travel at the speed of the earth's rotation what do you think would happen.  Would time travel become reality?  Would time freeze all together?  Would noting at all significant occur?  If answering just consider the question of what time really is.  Maybe if something rotates at the speed of the earth (or slightly faster it would occur) after all our whole universe is based on rotation.
