Do you believe in the existence of aliens?

I'm curious to know what other people believe about aliens.  I just don't see how it's possible for humans to be the only form of life throughout the entire universe.  However I do think that many of the alleged UFO sightings are just silly. First of all, what do you think about the existence of aliens and secondly, what do you think about possible alien-human interaction.
