Time to get scared.

I think it is time to get scared. One lesson history teaches us is that people tend not to do anything unless they feel threatened. If we are comfortable, why should we change anything? If there is a good program on television, do you change it? Manhatten will begin to flood at full moon high tide before anything is done.

 Nobody cares until it is skin off their back. We need to get scared before the situation becomes scary. No panic, no hysteria, just some good ol fashioned fear to put some pep in our step.
