Does China have a Human Rights problem?

The Dalai Lama says China is guilty of "cultural genocide" in Tibet. Chinese government censors have blocked YouTube and Google News. And somehow the U.S. State Department has dropped China from the Top Ten list of human rights violators. With global attention on the Olympics in Beijing this summer, should the rest of the world raise questions about China's record on Human Rights?
