What can Mexico do in this time of economic recession?

Mexico is a country that depends completely on the economic activity of United States.  I would like to know; the opportunities and risks that people from around the world see that Mexico will have to encounter in these times of economic turbulence. How can we adapt to them and specially how can we take advantage of those opportunities and how can we face the risks.
