What laws have the Bush Administration Violated?

The list of crimes committed by the United States Administration is lengthy and serious.  "Executive Privilege" has been cited, but this is not an absolute power. "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors." What would be the most effective way to present charges and bring justice to the disgraceful executive officials of the U.S.A.?
