To suggest that Mr. Dershowitz was advocating a response similar to the Nazi's methods is to make clear how poorly one has listened to what he said.  I heard nothing more than a thoughtful disquistion on what we face in dealing with new risks in light of a system of jurisprudence based upon providing safeguards to people accused of a crime, as opposed to those we think may be about to commit a crime.  There was no advocacy of what to do, just that we can't rely on the existing system to help us.  We need to think about this.
