Carrie Schwab Pomerantz is senior vice president and Chief Strategist for Consumer Education at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., and President of Charles Schwab Foundation.

She speaks and writes extensively on personal finance issues, and is a driving force in the movement to improve financial literacy in America. In addition to appearances on The Today Show, CNBC and NPR, Carrie has been recognized by Working Woman magazine as one of four "Market Movers" in America who are "rewriting the rules of finance." She was also recognized as one of the "25 power Elite" in the financial services industry by Investment News.

With her father, company founder, Chairman and CEO Charles Schwab, she co-authored It Pays to Talk: How to Have the Essential Conversations with Your Family about Money and Investing (Crown Business: 2002). She also writes a weekly syndicated column for Copley News Service called "Money and You," which appears in newspapers and publications nationwide.
