live in san diego love it here. been growing for about 30 years. have a working hydroponic farm, where i teach hydroponics or soil-less gardening, to show how we can grow more with no water waste.

hydroponics, Earth, global health, greenhouse, food, global warming, Farming, soilless growing, led lighting, plants, bio-hydroponics, hid lighting I remember when I first learned about vegetable ga, structure, porosity, and it had to have all the nutrients and microorganisms require, after the garden was planted, the soil had to be worked and reworked, and crops had to be rotated, that is, grown in a fixed order of succession. Otherwise the nutrient l, let’s not forget the never-ending job of pulling weeds!

There are two major requirements that make gardening year-round feasible in the home. First, one must control the environment, which encompasses both lighting and temperature. Second, one must monitor the plants and their nutritional needs. Both of these tasks are very easily handled hydroponically and require very little space.
