I am a high school senior and also a Private Pilot. I worked after school to pay for my flight training, since I have three older brothers in college making finacial options done to zero! My parents did offer me some loans to get through different rough times, such as solo and my checkride. Yet I've gained an amazing amount of knowledge from learning to fly, not just how to fly, but to learn what it means to truly be dedicated to do something. When I was working at the airport and learning to become a pilot I had to bike to school each day, then down to the flight school, which was at the other end of the airport, and then back home, for home work for school and flight training. It taught me a lot about who I am and were I want to be, well at least the field of study, aviation and aerospace. I've met some very interesting people along my way too, Erik Lindbergh, was one of the most insperational and helpful people I've ever met. So here I am wraping up the end of my high school years and going to college, which I got into all I applied which makes my desicion really tough, but at least I never got turned down, yeah!
