Right now, I'm excited about the forays into neuroscience. I'm very intrigued about this idea of the Savant syndrome. Apparently the brain is injured at an early age, resulting in the brain either reaching into ares usually not used, or focusing power into the uninjured areas.

Right now, scientists are working on ways to turn the 'savant key' without damaging the brain. I think that this would revolutionize our world. Imagine the impacts on the sciences, the arts... Amazing to think we could all be geniuses...
