I really need to develop a method of describing myself over and over that's not 'copypasta.'

I'm close friends with a tarantula and a turtle, they help me think up the things that brought you here.

Type of crazy hair: mine is the traditional crazy, a little shorter on the top, sometimes I'll spray it when I get out of the shower.

Wouldn't the signature of a type 1 civilization be compatibility?
That is to say, everything everywhere works like a well oiled machine, and couldn't we start with our machines?
Why haven't we been developing, or why haven't I seen a metric version of the wall socket that you know every electric plug will fit?
Why don't all cellphones link to all computers link to all televisions etc? Shouldn't we be developing a universal system for these sorts of things?
From the objective standpoint it SEEMS that we're clinging to our own systems because we feel we're not ready to bring them all together.
