contrary to what some people may think, wisdom is not the ability to throw out random facts. To me it's an understanding of how the world works, and the ability to articulate that understanding. what do you think?

To be wise you need to have what you say, "to understand and articulate facts."

So what makes a person wise ... knowing a direction to take in a scenario because they do know the challenges and facts of the circumstance.
