The measure of a good life in my opinion is the progressive realization of _____ goals. It’s the ability to have love and compassion. It is the ability to get in touch with the creative source within us. And it’s the ability to participate with others in their evolutionary process as well.

I like what Chopra says here, but I'm curious whether he buts greater value on quality rather than quantity. Would you consider it more fulfilling to help many people, by positively impacting their life as an outsider, or to become so close with a select few that you become an integral part of their personal evolution/growth?

the measure of a good life varies from person to person and can only truley be defined as how happy a person is.
