selflessness or selfisness

is it selfish to be selfless?

you do something nice for someone else, but doesnt that mean your doing it to make yourself feel better?

and making yourself feel better about something makes you selfish, beacause your thinking about how it will affect you. and make you feel.

but your just trying to be selfless
